Halfway through my intern year, working 80-hour weeks in the hospital while building three companies on the side, my body gave me a wake-up call.
"My first major IBD flare in years. A moment of clarity."

My health scare gave me clarity. I was trying to be world-class at two things simultaneously, and that's not sustainable for anyone.
